Home Xpressions can custom order furniture in the style, color, fabric and/or finish that works best for your home. Working together we can create a furniture grouping that is uniquely yours.
Since the piece or grouping will be ordered especially for you, there are special terms and conditions that apply when placing a custom order.
Home Xpressions' Custom Order Terms and Conditions
- Custom or special orders MAY NOT be cancelled.
- Buyer shall measure doorways, stairways and areas to be used before ordering. Seller assumes no responsibility for merchandise that is too large to fit.
- There are NO refunds on custom or special orders.
- Home Xpressions shall not be held responsible for delays or defaults in delivery of merchandise occasioned by manufacturer’s scheduling or delivery, availability of materials, acts of God or any other cause beyond our control.
- Delays in delivery are not a valid reason for canceling an order.
- We will work diligently with our suppliers and do our best to meet promised delivery deadlines.
