Meet Our Staff
Laurie Herzog, Proprietor
In 2006, Laurie and her family moved to the Northwoods of Wisconsin, purchased Home Xpressions and made the area their home. Laurie has a degree in business and comprehensive marketing from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire. She spent 14 years in the graphic design industry in the Minneapolis and Chicago markets. Laurie is now sole proprietor of Home Xpressions where she is personally involved in all aspects of the business.
Caren DeHart, Interior Designer
Caren graduated from the Layton School of Art in Milwaukee with a degree in fine art and interior design. She is a member of the Interior Design and National Home Furnishings Association. With over 25 years experience in the design and home furnishings industries, Caren has built a solid reputation for creativity and quality. Her talents include creative and functional design ideas for both residential and commercial uses. She specializes in all facets including space planning, electrical, furniture selection and placement, color and fabric coordination, window treatments, flooring and accessories.

Bernadette Arnott, Decorator
Bernadette offers expert design consultation to help you coordinate your surroundings. Stop in our showroom and experience her creativity when you view our vinette-style groupings and uniquely arranged accessories. Bernadette has worked in the interior design field for 14 years, with her speciality being fabrics and custom accessorizing. She is equipped to meticulously handle your individual design needs from start to your satisfaction.

Robin Brockman, Gift Boutique Senior Buyer
Robin Brockman is the Senior Buyer for Home Xpressions Gift
Boutique. Robin has a degree in Marketing from UW-Lacrosse. She lives in
Manitowoc, WI and has spent several years in fashion merchandising. Robin
frequently attends trade shows where she is able to select from all the latest in
apparel and accessories. She has an impeccable eye for fashion and has brought
many unique, trendy styles to the Home Xpressions Gift Boutique. Robin also specializes in gourmet
cooking and uses her expertise for selecting our household items. She acts
not only as the buyer but also the consumer of all household items and food
products, personally using and tasting every item sold in the Gift Boutique.
